"We are using 150 gr/m2 lavalan for these vests and jackets as an alternative to down. We actually chose to use this material for our Spring/Summer collection, which is focused on costal lifestyle. When you are out boating, it can get quite windy and cold, so it’s very comfortable to have a warming layer on top of your t-shirt or under your shell jacket. Another thing which is nice with wool, is that it will keep its technical functions even if it gets wet. Our concept is based on wool, and we are always searching for innovative ways to use wool in our products – not only the traditional knit wear. We believe that wool is a marvel of nature, and by far the most advanced and eco-friendly fiber there is."
